• Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling deliveries
• Properly package and label all items for transport
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees associated with our services
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

• Geographic coverage limited to Jefferson County, Alabama, unless otherwise arranged
• Weight and size restrictions for transported items
• Restrictions on hazardous materials
• Compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations

Scheduling and Cancellations

Deliveries can be scheduled through our website, mobile app, or by calling our dispatch center. Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• STAT deliveries: No cancellation fee if cancelled before pickup
• Scheduled deliveries: 2-hour notice required to avoid cancellation fee
• Recurring routes: 24-hour notice required for changes or cancellations

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on service type, distance, urgency, and special handling requirements. Payment terms:

• One-time deliveries: Payment due at time of service
• Regular clients: Monthly invoicing with net-30 terms
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
• Prices subject to change with 30 days' notice

Liability and Insurance

VitalCare Express maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our services. Our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages up to the value of the transported item(s)
• No liability for consequential or indirect damages
• No liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VitalCare Express and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jefferson County, Alabama.
